Mostly C’s – You are FULLY Charged!

Green Zone – You are feeling ALIVE and ready to make sh*t happen! You are so fired up there are practically sparks flying off of you. There are no limits to the possibilities and no roadblocks you can’t navigate. This is an excellent space to be in if you want to get an idea off the ground or start a transition on you’ve been contemplating. 

Get really clear on the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that are here for you right now so you can bottle this magic and keep it alive! Some questions to ask yourself are:

  • What is the nature of my self-talk right now?
  • How would I describe how I’m feeling?
  • What daily habits or practices are helping to keep my energy recharged these days?

 

Mostly A’s – Your Energy is Starting to Dip

Yellow Zone – The best way to describe how you’re feeling right now would be a shrug. You’re not feeling particularly awful but you’re not exactly over the moon with excitement about your life either, you’re just kinda, neutral.

You may have some ideas of what you’d like to see happen in your life, but not a whole lot of motivation to put that in motion just yet – maybe next month. Or maybe you started to put the wheels in motion, but now you’re feeling kind of…stuck. Get really clear on the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that are here for you right now so you can take back some power and control of your destiny!

Some questions to ask yourself are:

  • What is the nature of my thoughts/self-talk right now?
  • How would I describe how I’m feeling?
  • What daily habits or practices are helping to keep my energy recharged these days?
  • What daily habits or behaviours are depleting me?

 

Mostly B’s – You are Totally Drained

Red Zone – Red alert! You are feeling depleted right now. You’ve had a LOT going on and you are overwhelmed and exhausted. Simple tasks are becoming increasingly challenging and it feels like you’re never going to get ahead of it all. To top it all off, you’re beating yourself up for not doing all the things you ‘should’ be doing.

It is time to get really clear on where your energy is leaking and plug up whatever leaks you can so you can preserve your energy for where it is most needed. 

Some questions to ask yourself are:

  • What is the nature of my thoughts/self-talk right now?
  • What daily habits or behaviours are depleting me?
  • What is draining me the most mentally/emotionally/physically/spiritually?
  • What must I say no to starting now?
